Property Manager (Legal)

Requirements

• LL.B Degree and qualification as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria (BL).
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience specifically in core/commercial Property Management — directly managing landlord and tenant relationships, tenancy agreements, and lease administration across a property portfolio (experience limited to private property management, facility management alone, or general legal practice will not be considered). Prior work experience within a Real Estate company is an added advantage.
• Demonstrable experience preparing and managing tenancy agreements, handling tenant disputes, and conducting tenant/guarantor screening.
• Sound knowledge of tenancy laws, lease administration, and property documentation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent report-writing and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work with minimal supervision.
