  • Manage property transactions and documentation
  • Conduct title searches, due diligence, and property perfection
  • Draft and review contracts, deeds, and agreements
  • Ensure compliance with land and property laws
  • Write legal articles and create simplified real estate legal content
  • Support marketing and sales teams with legally accurate content

Requirements

Requirements

  • LL.B & BL; called to the Nigerian Bar
  • 5–7 years post-call experience in real estate/property law
  • Strong drafting and legal writing skills
  • Experience in legal content or article writing is an added advantage
  • Conduct title searches, due diligence, and property perfection
  • Draft and review contracts, deeds, and agreements
  • Ensure compliance with land and property laws
  • Write legal articles and create simplified real estate legal content
  • Support marketing and sales teams with legally accurate content
