Programmes & Delivery Officer

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Law or Public Policy.
• 1-3 years' professional experience in project coordination or research support.
• Certification in Project Management or Technical Writing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
• Organisation, project management and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point for data visualization
• Understanding of Human Capital Development (HCD) Frameworks
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Strong Team player
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
