Job Description

The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall operational, administrative, compliance, and financial management of the Firm. The role ensures that legal services are delivered efficiently, timelines are adhered to, clients are properly managed, and internal governance structures are maintained.

The Practice Manager acts as the operational backbone of the Firm and works closely with the Managing Partner to implement strategy, enforce discipline, and maintain professional standards.

Requirements

  • LL.B and BL (mandatory)
  • 5+ years post-call experience (commercial law firm preferred)
  • Strong litigation and corporate law exposure
  • Demonstrable leadership and administrative capability
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
