Manager – Legal (ML)

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in a legal role, preferably with exposure to corporate law, international law, or multi-jurisdictional operations.
• Compulsory registration with the necessary legal governing bodies in Nigeria.
• Excellent proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, essential for pan-African communication.
• Proven ability to problem-solve effectively, demonstrating sound judgment and creative thinking.
• Capacity to work calmly and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail for legal documentation and compliance.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs within a growth-oriented startup environment.
