Litigation Officer

Platinum & Taylor Hill LP is seeking a Litigation Officer to support its litigation and dispute resolution practice by managing litigation processes, coordinating case files, and assisting counsel in various litigation-related tasks. You will work closely with the firm’s legal team to ensure efficient case progression, compliance with procedural requirements, and proactive support for the litigation docket.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage court filings, track hearing dates, and ensure timely compliance with procedural requirements. 
• Attend court sessions, assist counsel, and liaise with court officials when necessary. 
• Maintain organised case files, process affidavits, and prepare basic correspondence. 
• Support the litigation team with documentation and reporting. 
• Handle service of process, monitor case progress, and provide regular updates to supervising counsel.
