The Opportunity: Litigation Lawyer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our esteemed Legal Services team in Lagos. This is a pivotal mid-level role for a legal professional eager to take on significant responsibilities, lead complex commercial disputes, and contribute to our firm's success. We offer an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial disputes from inception through to resolution, including pre-trial strategy, court representation, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare detailed opinions, memoranda, and advisory reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Draft and review a wide range of legal documentation, policy papers, and compliance reports.
• Provide expert legal counsel to corporate clients on matters pertaining to contract breaches, risk exposure, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide junior associates and interns, ensuring high-quality output and fostering their professional development.
• Strategically coordinate team workflows, delegate responsibilities effectively, and ensure the timely delivery of results on complex legal matters.

What We Offer

• A competitive salary package ranging from NGN 250,000 - 400,000 (negotiable), plus commission, reflecting your experience and contribution.
