• Manage litigation briefs from commencement to conclusion.
• Conduct case assessments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
• Ensure timely filling of court processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Handle dispute resolution and liaise with clients/external parties
• Support corporate governance and regulatory filings
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports/opinions

Requirements

Requirements

• LL.B, BL, 3-5 years post-call experience,
• Strong corporate/commercial law knowledge.
