  • Overseeing all stages of litigation from case inception through discovery, trial, and potential appeals.
  • Preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.
  • Managing the exchange of information, including depositions, document production, and interrogatories.
  • Representing clients in hearings, trials, and administrative proceedings.
  • Advising clients on risks, negotiating settlements or attending mediations.
  • Analyzing case law and statutes to build strong legal arguments.

  • Degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the state bar association.
  • Typically 8–9years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
