Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and opinions to clients on diverse legal matters.
• Draft, review and vet legal documents, agreements and court processes.
• Represent clients in court, tribunals and other dispute resolution forums.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, legal opinions and case strategies.
• Manage assigned files and ensure timely follow-up on all matters.
• Liaise with clients, courts, regulatory bodies and other relevant institutions.
• Support senior counsel in litigation and corporate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards of legal practice.
