Job Summary

  • We are seeking to employ a qualified Lawyer to join its team at its Shagamu Office, Ogun State.
  • Provide legal advice on mining operations, contracts, and regulatory compliance
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian mining, environmental, labor, and corporate laws
  • Liaise with government agencies, regulators, and external legal bodies
  • Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters
  • Support management on legal risk assessment and corporate governance matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B); BL qualification and call to the Nigerian Bar
  • Minimum of 3–5 years post-call experience (experience in mining, construction, or industrial companies is an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian mining and corporate laws
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.
