Job Description

PWAN Regal, a fast-growing real estate company in Asaba, Delta State, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of a legal officer.

Job Summary

  • Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented legal professional looking for a new challenge?
  • PWAN Regal, a leading real estate company, is seeking a qualified and proactive Legal Officer to join our team in Sangotedo, Lagos.
  • This is a full-time, onsite position, and we're looking for someone who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and deeds.
  • Conducting due diligence on property titles and other legal matters.
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to management on all business-related issues.
  • Ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Representing the company in legal proceedings and liaising with external counsel when necessary.

Requirements

Requirements

  • A Bachelor of Laws Degree and a call to the Nigerian Bar.
  • Proven experience as a Legal Officer or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Nigerian property and corporate law.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
