Role Overview

The successful candidate will be instrumental in preparing high-quality legal documents, court processes, and agreements. This role requires a meticulous professional who will also support the firm’s broader legal advisory and transactional mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and preparing originating processes, motions, and pleadings for a wide range of legal matters.
• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
• Preparing specialized documents including divorce proceedings, deeds, and sale contracts.
• Conducting thorough and precise legal research to underpin legal strategies and documentation.
• Providing clear, practical, and actionable legal advice to clients.
• Ensuring all legal documents adhere to the highest professional standards of accuracy, clarity, and legal compliance.
