Legal Officer

Clayhall Properties Limited is seeking a Legal Officer to support its legal and compliance functions within the real estate sector. You will handle legal matters relating to property transactions, contract management, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and related corporate legal duties.

Key Responsibilities
• Review, draft and negotiate property-related contracts such as sales agreements, leases, and development contracts. 
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on real estate laws, corporate regulations, and compliance matters. 
• Assist in title searches, verification of title documents, and due diligence processes. 
• Maintain accurate and organised legal records and databases. 
• Collaborate with external counsel on complex legal issues as required. 
• Represent the firm in legal proceedings such as mediation or arbitration when necessary. 
• Prepare legal documents including offer letters, deeds of assignment, memos, and reports. 
• Monitor and stay updated on changes in real estate law and industry practices.
