Legal Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (LL.B) in Law from a recognized university.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant legal experience within a reputable law firm, corporate legal department, fintech, or financial institution.
• Sound understanding of Nigerian corporate, commercial, employment, and fintech/payments law.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical capabilities, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High standard of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, alongside proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Nigerian Bar Qualification (BL) is a strong advantage.
• Direct experience supporting legal and regulatory compliance within the financial services or fintech sector.
