Legal Officer

Advise Management and the Board on corporate governance, statutory obligations, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, industry standards, and internal policies.

· Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial and technology-related contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, licensing, partnerships, and SLAs, while assessing and mitigating legal and commercial risks.

· Provide practical legal advisory support on business initiatives, product launches, procurement, and operational matters, aligned with organisational strategy.

· Monitor legal and regulatory developments, assess their impact on the organisation, and ensure timely implementation of compliance requirements across functions.

· Manage disputes, litigation, and regulatory engagements, coordinating with external counsel and overseeing audits, inspections, and inquiries.

· Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver legal guidance, policy support, and compliance training that strengthens risk awareness and decision-making.

· Advise on data protection, privacy, intellectual property, and cybersecurity matters, ensuring legal alignment with product design, technology architecture, and digital service delivery.

· Develop and maintain legal risk management frameworks, contract standards, and compliance processes that support scalable growth and protect the organisation as it expands into new markets or products.
