Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution
• Must be a qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria
• Minimum of five (5) years post-call experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate and commercial law
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
