Job Description

 

We are seeking a competent Legal HR Manager to oversee the Legal Unit and ensure full compliance with labor laws, contracts, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee employment contracts and staff documentation

Manage disciplinary cases and investigations

Handle legal disputes and liaise with external counsel

Provide legal advisory support to Management

Draft and review company policies

Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Law

Supervise the Legal Team

Requirements

Requirements:

LL.B and BL qualification (Must be called to Bar)

Minimum 5 years experience in HR/legal compliance role

Strong understanding of Nigerian Labour Law

Experience handling industrial relations matters

Strong documentation and policy drafting skills
