LEGAL EXECUTIVE (Corporate & Commercial)

✅Provide transactional legal support through preparation, vetting, collation, & management of contracts, correspondence, and statutory documentation.

✅Maintain compliance trackers for permits, licenses, insurance, corporate filings, and regulatory deadlines.

✅Conduct legal research and prepare briefs to support advisory opinions, negotiations, audits, & management requests.

✅Coordinate with external counsel & regulators, manage document production, filings, & follow-up actions.

✅Administer contract lifecycle management.

Compensation: In line with prevailing industry scale.
