Legal Counsel

• LL.B degree and a valid call to the Nigerian Bar.
• 3–5 years’ post-call experience (real estate or property law experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian property law, land use regulations, and commercial contracts.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple matters efficiently.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
