Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B, B.L required) with 4+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry.
• Deep knowledge of Nigerian regulations: CBN Act, NDPA 2023, SEC Rules, AML/CFT laws.
• Proficiency in drafting policies, licenses, and regulatory correspondence.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
