Legal Associate

Role Overview

The firm supports enterprises by providing clear, business-focused legal guidance tailored to evolving commercial realities. We are seeking a Legal Associate who is research-driven, intellectually agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Conduct in-depth legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions and advisory support.
    •    Support clients on Intellectual Property matters, including protection, enforcement, and compliance.
    •    Handle CAC registrations, incorporations, post-incorporation filings, and regulatory compliance matters.
    •    Assist with corporate and commercial transactions, contracts, and advisory work.
    •    Support litigation matters, including drafting processes, court filings, and case preparation (where applicable).
    •    Engage with clients professionally and provide timely, solution-oriented legal support.
