• Called to the Bar (e.g., Nigerian Bar)
• 3-5 years post-call experience (can be adjusted)
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
• Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
