Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to support our legal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and finalize legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and court filings.
  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist with case preparation, including gathering documents and evidence.
  • Help track case progress and deadlines.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, document transfers, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
