  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law
  • 2 – 3 years’ work experience, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in company secretariat
  • Professional Membership (ICSAN is an added advantage).
  • Legal research and analysis
  • Proficiency in contract drafting
  • Company law
  • Dispute resolution
  • Technology and systems proficiency
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations
  • Knowledge of Data Protection
