Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to legal professionals, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare legal submissions, documents, and correspondence
  • Conduct legal research 
  • Maintain and organize legal files and documents.
  • Communicate with clients, external parties, and other team members professionally.
  • Handle general office tasks, such as answering phones, managing emails, and performing other administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with technology and legal research tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
  • Access to reliable electricity and the Internet
