Job Description

The Olam Agri 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme is a structured, one-year, full-time employment and professional development opportunity designed to accelerate early-career talent into future business professionals across key functions. As a Legal Graduate Trainee, you will be embedded within the legal or corporate compliance team to support legal advisory, contract review, compliance, and risk-mitigation activities while gaining real-world exposure to a global agricultural business. Trainees participate in structured learning, cross-functional rotations, and mentorship from senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities (Legal Focus)
• Assist with preparation and review of contracts and legal documents
• Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
• Conduct legal research and support governance initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk assessments
• Participate in internal training sessions and project assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (LLB) in Law
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) degree 
• Completion of NYSC or valid exemption certificate 
• Age not more than 26 years as of March 2026 
• 0–2 years work experience (fresh graduates welcome) 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
