  • Prepare, review, and vet property documents (Deeds, Contracts of Sale, MOUs, etc.)
  • Conduct land searches and due diligence
  • Advise on property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Handle title perfection and registration processes
  • Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies
  • Provide legal support on real estate transactions and disputes

Requirements

  • LL.B and BL (qualified to practice in Nigeria)
  • 1–3 years relevant experience in real estate law
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian property law and land documentation
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
