Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a comprehensive range of legal documents, including property agreements, leases, sales contracts, and other real estate-related instruments.

Conduct thorough title searches and comprehensive due diligence on properties slated for acquisition or sale.

Ensure strict adherence to all applicable real estate laws, regulations, and government policies in Nigeria.

Act as a primary liaison with relevant government agencies, land registries, and regulatory authorities to facilitate property documentation and secure necessary approvals.

Manage and resolve property disputes, litigation matters, and legal claims, actively protecting the company's legal position.

Provide clear, actionable legal advice to senior management on critical matters such as property acquisition strategies, development projects, and land-related issues.
