Job Description
Job Requirements
- Research laws, regulations, previous court decisions, and legal principles relevant to cases.
- Prepare contracts, legal opinions, pleadings, letters, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assist senior lawyers in preparing cases for court, including reviewing evidence and organizing case files.
- Communicate with clients, gather information, and assist with responding to their legal concerns.
- Attend court proceedings, take notes, file documents, and may handle certain matters under supervision.
- Examine contracts and other legal documents to identify risks, errors, or important provisions.
- Maintain case files, monitor deadlines, and assist with legal filings and correspondence.
- Work closely with senior lawyers, partners, paralegals, and other members of the legal team.
- Develop practical legal skills and gain experience in a particular area of law.
