Law Office Secretary

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Manage correspondence (letters, emails, memos) on behalf of the firm.

Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic) for case files, contracts, and legal documents.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, court appearances, and client appointments.

Handle incoming calls and visitors with professionalism.

Legal Documentation

Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and agreements.

Assist in drafting routine correspondence under the supervision of lawyers.

Ensure proper filing of court documents and liaise with court registries when required.

Office Management

Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth operation of office equipment.

Keep records of expenses, billing, and client accounts as directed.

Support lawyers in organizing case files for hearings and client meetings
