Internal Control and Compliance Officer

Design, implement, and maintain effective internal control frameworks across operational and financial processes.

Conduct periodic internal control reviews, audits, and risk assessments to identify gaps and weaknesses.

Monitor the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend corrective actions.

Support management in strengthening governance, accountability, and operational efficiency.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

Ensure compliance with Swiss regulations, internal policies, and applicable international standards.

Monitor regulatory developments and advise management on compliance implications.

Support the implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.

Assist in preparing compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Risk Management

Identify, assess, and document compliance and operational risks.

Support the development of risk mitigation strategies and follow up on implementation.

Maintain risk registers and compliance documentation.

Advisory & Training

Act as an internal advisor on compliance and internal control matters.

Provide training and awareness sessions for staff on compliance obligations and internal controls.

Promote a culture of ethics, transparency, and risk awareness across the organisation.

Investigations & Reporting

Support internal investigations relating to non-compliance, fraud, or misconduct.

Document findings and recommend remedial actions.

Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external consultants when required.
