Requirements
- LL.B and B.L. (must be a qualified lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar).
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) at both University and Law School.
- Minimum of 2 years Post-NYSC experience in legal practice, HR, or a combined corporate role.
- Strong legal drafting skills with a clear understanding of Nigerian Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently, exercise high discretion, and manage sensitive personnel information.
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general HR/document management tools.
Preferred Attributes:
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) are a distinct advantage.
- Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and emotional intelligence.
- Rigorous attention to detail in legal drafting and policy implementation.
- Discipline for consistent follow-up.
