Head of Legal

Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic legal professional with a proven track record in complex financial and corporate environments. Essential qualifications include:

• Minimum of 10 years of post-call experience in a senior legal role, preferably within an investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar highly regulated environment.
• Strong background and demonstrable experience in one or more of the following sectors:
  • Project Finance
  • Investment Banking
  • Energy & Infrastructure
  • Mining & Natural Resources
  • Complex International Transactions
• Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements and structured finance documentation.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong ability to manage regulatory relationships effectively.
• Proven ability to provide strategic legal advice, anticipate legal risks, and develop pragmatic solutions that align with business objectives.
• Experience as an SEC-registered individual.
• Familiarity with critical minerals sector financing.
