- Provide comprehensive legal counsel to the Board, Management, and staff on all pertinent issues, ensuring optimal legal strategies.
- Orchestrate board meetings, prepare board papers and minutes, maintain statutory documents, and act as a crucial liaison between the Board and Management. Handle annual reports and other essential corporate documentation.
- Continuously monitor and report on the company's adherence to industry-specific regulatory requirements and general applicable laws. Liaise directly with regulatory bodies.
- Oversee all court cases for and against the company, identify legal remedies, coordinate with external solicitors, and represent the company in court or with enforcement authorities when necessary.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including Joint Venture Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Handle comprehensive land, title, search documentation, and perfection processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing representative to serve as a liaison between our Nigeria head office and international offices in the UK and US.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for proper documentation and retrieval of all legal and corporate records.

- A proven legal professional with significant experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and litigation management.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work proactively and strategically to protect the company's interests.
