Job Description

CoreHR Consulting is hiring a Junior Executive Assistant / Legal Support Officer to provide executive and legal documentation support to management within a real estate and construction business. This role works closely with senior executives and external legal counsel to ensure efficient administration and legal record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage executive schedules, meetings, and correspondence. 
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. 
• Draft and organise basic legal documents, including NDAs, contracts, and MOUs. 
• Maintain legal and corporate records. 
• Liaise with external legal advisers as required. 
• Support ad-hoc administrative and legal support tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL). 
• 1–2 years relevant experience in legal support, administration, or executive assistance. 
• Strong organisational, writing, and coordination skills. 
• High discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. 
• Basic knowledge of legal documentation and record-keeping practices.
