Requirements

A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized university.

Admission to the Nigerian Bar.

A minimum of 8-10 years of post-call experience as a Corporate Lawyer, preferably within a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.

Demonstrated strong legal research and analytical skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment.

Proven negotiation and drafting skills for complex commercial agreements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating legal concepts clearly.

Proficiency in relevant legal technology and software applications.

Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Every year, millions of Nigerians face legal problems ranging from land disputes to domestic violence, wrongful arrests, or tenancy issues. However, for most people, getting proper legal help feels completely out of reach. A report by HiiL Justice Needs and Satisfaction that about 81% of Nigerians experience at least one serious legal problem in a year. Yet, only 5% of these people actually turned to a lawyer.
