Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on wide range of matters, including corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
  • Stay updated on corporate regulations.
  • Reviewing and drafting of corporate documents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Represent the Company in legal proceedings.

Requirements

  • Must have been called to the Nigerian Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law is a must.
  • Strong analytical, negotiations and communication skill.
  • Absolute command of Microsoft office applications.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
