An Energy Advisory, Investment, and Project Development firm based in Abuja, with a growing renewable energy portfolio across the country, is seeking a qualified, driven, and results-oriented professional to fill the position of In-house Counsel and Company Secretary.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and oversee commercial and corporate agreements
• Ensure compliance with energy & regulatory laws
• Manage regulatory filings & license applications
• Provide strategic legal advisory support
• Lead legal audits, risk assessments & compliance programs
• Manage secretariat duties, including board meetings and corporate records, in compliance with governance standards.
