Requirements

• LLB and BL qualification required
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate governance and regulatory compliance
• Strong legal drafting and documentation skills
• Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, or structured corporate environments is an added advantage
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
