CHIEF RISK AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER (CRCO)

Role Summary:

The Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO) will be responsible for providing strategic oversight and leadership for the company's risk management and regulatory compliance frameworks. The role ensures that the organization operates within its risk appetite while adhering to all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Risk Management: Develop and implement an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework to identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, operational, and financial risks.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to national and international laws, including labor laws, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements.

Policy Development: Establish, review, and enforce comprehensive internal policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and codes of conduct.

Audit and Oversight: Lead periodic internal audits and risk assessments to identify control gaps and implement corrective measures.

Board Reporting: Provide regular, high-level reports to the Board and Executive Management on the organization's risk profile and compliance status.

Crisis Management: Oversee business continuity planning and crisis response strategies to safeguard the company’s assets and reputation.
