Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead daily operations across the business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-industry operations, optimizing performance, and driving sustainable growth.
  • Reporting to the Managing Director, the COO will translate corporate strategies into actionable operational goals, oversee internal operations, and ensure alignment with the company’s objectives. To provide leadership ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • ⁠Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Engineering, Law or related field; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • ⁠Minimum 12 years’ experience with at least five years in senior operational roles, with experience in real estate or banking or construction.
