We’re Hiring: Barrister – Real Estate & Property Law (Lekki, Lagos)

 

Betaworker is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing premium real estate investment firm in Lekki, Lagos. We’re seeking a commercially minded Barrister to serve as In-House Legal Counsel supporting property transactions and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

• Real estate legal advisory

• Title due diligence & land documentation

• Drafting/review of sale agreements, leases & JV contracts

• Title perfection (C of O, Governor’s Consent, registrations)

• Regulatory compliance & risk management

• Liaison with land registries and authorities

Requirements

Requirements:

✔ Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria

✔ Minimum 3 years post-call experience

✔ Strong real estate/property law expertise

✔ Excellent drafting & negotiation skills
