Elthon Partners is a full service Law Firm located in Lagos, Nigeria. We aim to provide simple, brilliant solutions to the needs and objectives of our clients and make life and operations easier in their respective sectors. Our lawyers are commercially savvy and possess an in-depth understanding of their respective sectors to provide solutions.

 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court and negotiating legal matters. The Lawyer will also be responsible for providing legal support to other departments within the organization.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Civil and Criminal Law, Corporate Law, and Commercial Law
  • Ability to advise clients on legal matters
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Ability to draft and review legal documents
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of Nigerian laws and regulations
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Law and completion of Law School
  • Minimum of 7-10 years experience as a Lawyer
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
