Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate with 3 - 5 years of work experience to join our team. As an Associate at TLP Advisory, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients, primarily within the startup and venture capital sectors. You will work closely with our team of experienced lawyers, advising on a variety of legal matters and contributing to the firm's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

● Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.

● Conduct comprehensive due diligence on startup transactions and investment opportunities.

● Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their legal needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

● Assist in negotiations related to startup transactions and venture capital investments.

● Provide strategic legal advice to clients on various aspects of startup law, including corporate governance, intellectual property, fundraising, and regulatory compliance.

● Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices relevant to the startup ecosystem.
