The Opportunity: Associate Lawyer, Corporate & Dispute Resolution

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Associate Lawyer to join our dynamic team in Lagos. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis across a spectrum of corporate and commercial law issues.
• Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and legal opinions.
• Assisting senior lawyers and partners in advising clients on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and other corporate matters.
• Preparing for and actively participating in litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Managing case files, client communications, and ensuring timely progression of legal matters.
