About the scholarship
The PBEEE Canada Merit Scholarship programs are directed at international students (with study visa or work permit) who wish to undertake or continue their studies or research activities in Québec.
Eligibility
To be considered for the 2026 PBEEE Scholarship in Canada, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be an international student.
- Must not be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
- Must not have made an application for permanent residence under Canadian immigration law.
- Must be recommended by a professor (thesis supervisor) or supervisor.
- Must be applying to commence a graduate degree at any of the participating universities.
