The Heinrich Böll Foundation is a German Green-aligned foundation that funds Master's and PhD study at any German university, across any discipline. Priority is given to applicants from DAC countries (Nigeria qualifies).

You need a university admission confirmation, though it can follow later in the process. It is advised not to wait until the last few days to apply, as the portal tends to get overloaded.
