- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws, employment regulations, and other relevant legal frameworks across all HR operations.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with best practices and legal requirements.
- Manage and advise on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee HR administration tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient HR processes.
- Provide legal guidance and support on HR-related issues, mitigating risks and ensuring fair employment practices.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various HR and legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and advise the team and clients on necessary adjustments.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Legal roles, preferably within a professional services environment or a dynamic organization in Nigeria.
- Solid understanding and practical application of Nigerian Labour Laws, employment regulations, and other relevant legal frameworks.
- Proven experience in HR administration, including but not limited to employee onboarding, record management, and HR reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations, including handling disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Track record of developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Experience ensuring legal compliance across all HR functions.
- Exceptional drafting skills for HR documents, policies, contracts, and legal correspondence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Proven negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant HR (e.g., CIPM, HRCI, SHRM) or Legal professional certification.
