Job Description

Role Summary

  • The Programme Intern will support the planning, research, coordination, and delivery of Democracy & Governance programmes.
  • This role is suitable forNYSC members and Pre-NYSC candidates due for service within the next three monthswho are interested in policy, governance, and democratic processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and coordination of democracy and governance projects
  • Conduct desk research and assist with briefs, reports, and presentations
  • Support meetings, workshops, and programme logistics
  • Assistwith documentation, trackers, and activity reports
  • Support stakeholder engagement and internal communications

Requirements

Eligibility

  • NYSC or Pre-NYSC candidate (service within 3 months)
  • Background in Political Science, Law, International Relations, Development Studies, or related fields
  • Strong research, writing, andorganisationalskills
  • Interest in democracy, governance, elections, or public policy
  • Abuja-based or able to work hybrid.
